Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, Aurora, King City, Newmarket, Mississauga, Oakville, and selected surrounding cities such as Brampton, Hamilton, Burlington, Barrie, Guelph, Kitchener, and Waterloo.

What are your daily delivery options?
  • Standard Daily Delivery (5 PM – 9 PM): $9.95 + tax, free over $100
  • Same-Day Delivery (5 PM – 9 PM, Mon–Sat): $14.95 + tax, order before 1 PM
  • Afternoon Delivery (2 PM – 5 PM, Mon–Sat): $9.95 + tax, free over $100 (appointment required)
  • Selected Day Delivery (6 PM – 9 PM): $15–$25 depending on location (contact us to confirm)

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Place your order before 1 PM (Mon–Sat) to qualify for same-day delivery in the evening (5 PM – 9 PM). The fee is $14.95 + tax. Currently only available to deliver to core GTA zone.

What happens if I want a same-day delivery but order after 1 PM?

Orders placed after 1 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. For 2–3 hour rush delivery, please use our Uber Eats page.

How do I get free shipping?

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard or afternoon delivery (excluding rush or express options).

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes. Sunday evening delivery (5–9 PM) is available. No pick-up is available on Sundays.

How does regional delivery work for cities outside the GTA?
  • Brampton & Stouffville: Mondays and Fridays, $15. Include Postal Code:  L4A, L6P, L6R, L6X, L6Y, L6S, L6T, L6W, L6V, L6Z, L7A

What is Afternoon Delivery (Zone 2)?

Afternoon delivery (2 PM – 5 PM, Mon–Sat) is available for East Toronto, North York (east of Bathurst), Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan, and nearby.

How do deliveries to condos or apartments work?

Deliveries are made to the lobby only. Our driver will contact you upon arrival. Please be available to receive your order — we only attempt delivery once. 

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Our regular delivery time is between 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. We cannot set a specific time for delivery since the delivery is provided by third-party. Please make sure you have someone to receive the cake at that time, or it will be returned. 

What if I miss the delivery?

If we are unable to reach you or deliver due to incorrect information or absence, the cake will be returned. Please note, no delivery charge will be refund due to unsuccessful delivery.

 

Please pickup the order at our workshop next day after 2 PM.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Pick-up is available Monday to Saturday, from 2 PM – 6 PM at our workshop in Markham.

Can I change the delivery address after I place the order?

No,sorry. As the order system is linked to the delivery company, once the order is processed, the delivery company will assign the route automatically. Therefore we are unable to change the delivery address.

Can you drop-off the cake if I am not available?

Yes, but only if you notify us at least 2 days in advance of your requested date. Delivery charges will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

Can I change my pickup date and time?

Yes, but only if you notify us at least 3 days in advance of your requested date for date change. Time slot may not be able to changed, please contact us for a confirmation.
